The prologue to our trip is about to end as our trip to Korea begins tomorrow. We won't actually be in Korea until Friday, but considering I've never flown overseas, that's really when the trip begins for me. Even though I've flown within the country dozens of times, I have to admit that I'm both a little excited and nervous about the flight. Looks like I'll just have to get drunk on the plane!
Tonight Yuichi and I will be driving up to San Jose to meet with Alex where we'll probably forego sleep in favor of jamming on Guitar Hero 2 all night. In the morning, Alex's dad will drop our delirious asses off in San Francisco where I will undoubtedly exclaim "KOREA BITCHES!!!" to the delight of airport security.
Our flight is at 12:30 PM with Singapore Airlines. We chose Singapore because they have cheap direct flights to Korea from San Francisco not to mention the generous economy class amenities (fancy food, LCD screen with movies, games, etc., and free alcohol).
We'll be landing in Seoul on Friday 6:15 PM Korea time (PST + 17 hours).

oh yes. and so sorry for not making it the other weekend. I ended up getting called in for a baby at the hospital. did NOT mean to flake.
